i-864 confusion

Hello I am a USA citizen but I am currently a PHD student and my income does not meet the requirements. My father will help with his income. Should I fill out the i-864 or the i-864 ez? is there a step by step procedure online? or a form checker to help avoid errors trying to get this right the first time.

with my father helping what is the answer to the first question Part 1? is 1.d. or 1.e? really confused and stressed!

You cannot use the I864EZ if having a co-sponsor involved.
