Hello,
If a person entered the US legally on a visitors visa , overstayed their visa ( and is therefore now out of status) and is now filing their I485(plus i131 and i765 ) along with their I130 for a family based greencard by marriage to a US citizen :
1. do they have to also file i485, supplement A .
2. is it accurate that the fees for i131 and i765 are included in the fee for i485. therefore, no additional fees.
