I am in the process of filing for i-130, my husband lives in canada, (no properties under his name) but he is employed. He used to rent his own apartment but relocated last august due to a new job offer, and has only been renting a room since. He will be visiting our daughter and I here in U.S in a few months and will only be staying for 10 days, and in december for 3wks. My husband has no intention of overstaying in U.S, we don't want to cause any problem on our petition, and it is more beneficial for us if he remains in canada during the entire process and only visits every few months since I am unemployed (stay at home mom, my dad will be my co-sponsor)
Will this cause any problem/delays on our petition?
Is there a high risk of him getting denied entry? (via air, i've read that it's easier via land but we live too far from the canadian border)
Is it enough that he provides them where he works, letter from his landlord that he paid rent and has his belongings there, return ticket?
He frequently travels here and never had a problem, I am just unsure if I-130 in process will cause any problem when he visits.
