Hi All,
I am getting ready to file I-130 and I-485 concurrently for my mother who is in US (B2 expires 24AUG2015). A couple clarifications for me please..
1-I read on the USCIS website that the Report of Medical examination can be submitted after the I-485 has been filed. - Is this okay?
2- Should the affidavit of support be submitted along with I-485? Can this be submitted later once I get the acceptance notice?
