1)My sister, her husband and her son got approved for immigrant visa after being sponsored by my mother. is it ok for them to buy a two-way ticket from india since they want to go back in a month to dispose of property and close shop and then come back again in 4 months? Will immigration officer at port of entry frown upon the 2-way ticket?
