F2A Serious Visa Question
Hi there,
I had my aplication F2A by my Family in US 4 years ago, last year i gave up wasting my girlfriends time and got officially married with her and didn't notice even my family or USCIS but i settle a **** wedding for this September for my family was planning to notice USCIS after that wedding.
And the day before an e-mail just came from lawyer from US says "my correspondence has come from National visa center".
My parents or lawyer doesn't know my marital status of course and i can not ask them about process time of F2A visa.
If i try to nagotiated divorce to change my marital status it's going to take while like at least 2 weeks to a month...
If i change my marital status it's going to take another 4 years to get visa for my wife...
What i sould do, please give me an idea...
