Need to move to the US asap due to husband's job !

Hello everyone,

I am a European citizen and my husband is an American citizen (born in the US). We got married and have lived since then in Europe. My husband has got a job from an American company and has started working remotely but they need him there as soon as possible.

What would be the fastest way for us to move there and for me to have a greencard ? We are planning on going to the US to visit the city, find apartment, etc. can I enter as a tourist and stay there for 3 months and if we found everything we need to relocate from there just change my statuts ?

I know my sister in law just went to the US as a tourist got married and change her status from there, but the situation is a bit different since she married in the US and lived there directly.

Fastest possible way is to enter US on tourist visa & file for green card through concurrent filing. Although USCIS don't like tourist getting married and filing for Green Card (residency) but in your case you're already married.

Carry Marriage license along with you, if you have been married for more than a year - it will raise less suspicion of **** marriage.
