Hello there,
I submitted I130 for my father and mother. My birth certificate was issued in 2008 (at age 23 years) by court order. So, USCIS requested additional evidence. I managed to get affidavits, 2 for my mother and 2 for my father. The people who wrote affidavits are 2 near relatives, each one wrote one affidavit for my father and one for mother. They wrote affidavits and signed which is very similar in content. So, my question is- Does the content and wording of affidavits have to be different from each other? I meant it is near identical contents in all 4 affidavits, except the sentence of their relationship to my parents. Now, somehow I came to know that it will not be accepted as they are identical affidavits. I have only 25 days remaining to submit evidence documents. If I submit these affidavits, and if USCIS denies them, will I be given new additional time or they will just close the case.
Thank you,
Kumar
