Family based visa/greencard for biological father of US citizen

Hello thanks for taking the time to read this. I wonder if someone could help with an immigration question.
I am the biological father of a US citizen child. The child is still a baby and I am not married to the US citizen mother. We do not intend to marry either and are not a couple but there is an amicable situation between us. I do support my child financially and I am staying in the family home (as a tourist currently) with mother and child and supporting them as best I can.
Can my daughter's mother petition for a family based visa on behalf of our daughter for me to come and live in the United States? Our daughter is under the age of 21 and not capable of doing this. But if we can proved that I financially support mother and child is there a way of getting a visa/green card?
