Nvc lost my affidavit!

Has anyone had this happen to them? I sent in an affidavit for a joint sponsor and now nvc is saying they never received it!

I don't have a copy of it. Plus, now they're asking for the 2014 affidavit. I sent it before April so it was 2013. And my sponsors 2014 total income is below the guidelines. His income for this year is good.

Redo the I-864, but add compelling proof of current employment and income, include a copy of the 2014 Federal tax return and W2's, but provide an explanation for low income in 2014.
