greencard condition removal

Hello,

I need to file condition removal for my greencard. One thing I am concerned about and want to ask you guys who already have been through this or have been in a similar situation as me.

My husband will be promoted in late august or early september and relocate to a different town. But I have one semester left for my school until graudation. I don't want to change my school especially when I only have a semester left.

To sum up, because of the job and school, we will be living apart for 3months.. would it matter for this condition removal process? Should he postpone his promotion or should I transfer to different school now?

Having different addresses is a "red flag' for additional evidence requests.

Show the same address s your husband's new addess, but consider the address you maintain wile going to school as a temporary address.

Do an official USCIS online address change to your husband's new address.
