I have a question regarding my I-485 application. My husband(US Citizen) and I are going trough the process and I'm not sure about a few things. My student visa is still current but my I-20 expired and basically it has been canceled because I graduated a year earlier and I'm not transferring yet because of money, I was supposed to be a student for one more year. In part 1 of the application where it says "Current USCIS Status" and expiration date what should I put? We will be sending the paperwork on August because we need to get the money to pay all the fees. We got married this month but on July 31st of this year 2015 I'm supposed to leave the country since my 60 day period ends. What should I write in that section? I'm not sure what my status will be by August, but I'm pretty sure it would be "F-1 student, Out of status" but then what do I put in expiration date?
