My mom will go USA in the IR -5 Parents visa. Her petition already approved.
I am 20 years old.
My question is :-
1) If my mom go within next 3/4 months and apply for me then is my petition will approve in F2A category?

2) If I turn 21 then in which category my petition will process (F2A /F2B) ?

If ur under 21 and ur mom applys u will be in f2a category and during that process u turn 21+ ur file will be changed into f2b category
