I would like to notify NVC about my case as a petitioner. How do I contact them. Via e mail, mail, fax etc. thank you. Sam

Just go to the NVC website at: http://travel.state.gov/contenthttps...formation.html
With the information provided at that link, you can telephone the NVC or send a message through their messaging application at that same location.

The NVC is very slow to reply to their messaging system or email. You're best off talking to an NVC person by phone.

I have been trying to talk to an agent for the last one month. They have a recording going on which basicaly informs that they have "more than usual call volume" and to call back later. I have tried calling at midnight, early morning and different times a day, and it is the same recording.

No, the NVC is only interested in sponsorship and civil documents. Proof of relationship will be needed at an Embassy interview.

Thank you Ray B I feel much better now, because people kept telling me that they will not look at my document at the interview and that they already made a decision before the interview provided that I am from a high fraud country.
