I-130 and I-485 together

Hi All,

I am planning to apply Green card for my mom, who is here now. I read that I-130 AND i-485 can be applied together. But, I was going through USCIS website, not able to find other documents along with these forms. I am finding many documents needs to be submitted along with these two forms in many websites. Does anyone have latest list where the supporting docs are listed.Even forms I-130, I-485 doesn't say anything...We have another 4 months, is time is enough to apply ?

There is no official "list" of what to submit in a package like this, so I'll give you my list:

1. If you are a U.S. citizen and your mom is in the U.S...
2. Submit I-130 and I-485 together at same time The I-130 needs copies of both your birth certs, both marriage certs to show name changes, and $420 submittal fee check.
3. The I-485 needs G-325A for mom, both birth certs, both marriage certs, $1,070 submittal fee check, I-864 with tax return, W2's, employment verification letter, I-765, I-131, copies of I-94, visa and passport ID page
4. There must also be an immigrant medical exam report, I-693, in a sealed envelope
