hi everyone
Im working on the process of the petition to bring my parents over to the USA
i understand my parents are currently living outside the US, I will need to file 2 seperate form I 130. and a copy of my naturliazation certificate, birth certificate, and my parents marriage certificate and the fees
Is that all i have to do, and now just wait until the USCIS approve my petitions
Until then, they will contact me to complete the Affidavit of support form, is this correct?
while im doing that, my parents oversea will be contacted to finish the medical exam, as well as the interview or whatever process needed to be completed on their sides?
Is this form I 130 is all.i need to do at the moment?
