Help about I-130 application

I’m currently working for an Internet company in CA on my OPT visa, which expires at the end of January. I’m a British national who spent 5 years here doing my undergrad and masters. My entire family has immigrated to the US over the past 15 years, and they are all citizens now. I’m over 21, and unmarried. My mother placed an application using the I-130 two years ago, and the current processing time means that it will only be approved in December 2006. The quota on H1B visas has already been reached. My current status means that I would have to quit my job at the end of January, and leave the country within 60 days after that, even though my whole family is out here. My question is this, is there a way that I can have the I-130 application expedited? I would really appreciate any help that anyone can give me
