  • Petitioning my mother and siblings

    Hi everyone,

If your parents are not in the USA, the file I-130, for each of your parents. Adding the children's names as dependants.

Your siblings have to be petitioned separately by you.

But if they are under 21, one of your parents can petition the children soon as the parent is in the U.S.

The children are not eligible for derivative visas at the same time as parents receiving visas.
