  • Filing through US Citizen Spouse - Need help with documents!

Can someone please provide me with a list of documents that we need to put together?
My husband is a US Citizen in the military and I already live in the US.
All i know so far is that I need to file the form I-130 and the form I-485 but I know there's more. Please include fees as well if you can.

    Thanks!

I hope my cover let will help you

Please visit www.uscis.gov you will find all the forms there and they come with instructions. The forms with bar codes must be done on the computer, printed out, then signed. You need to do a medical
(Form I-693), the website will also provide you with a list of authorized doctors in your area. The fees should be paid in two separate checks (the site also gives instructions for that). You need to go to the www.cbp.gov website to print your I-94 too. I was a B-2 overstay. If your situation is similar to mine, then the documents I filed would for the most part, be the ones you should file too.
