Hi everyone,
I am a citizen myself, got married to my husband in Nov 2014. My husband came to the U.S. in 2006 as a visitor and stayed to apply for the job related green card, but was denied and put into removal proceedings, he did not attend the last court to appeal for it, nor left the U.S. It's been 6 yrs now we got married, and I'm filing for the family based green card for him. Question is:
1. Can he go through normal family based green card process? Filing I 130 485 864 693 G325
2. Is there anything else he needs to prepare other than the above forms?
3. Do we need an attorney to attend the interview?
4. Question on I-485 the place of filing for his prior immigration application, is it the immigration center for example Nebraska NE etc or where we were living when we submit the application?
Thanks a million for your thoughts! It's very important to us!
