Do i need to file I-485 with I-130 for my parents who is currently in india

I am a US citizen and want to file for their greencard. What is best way to apply I-130 for parents who is in india or file after they arrive usa (comming in March) on visiting visa they have from last 4 years (valid 6 more).
Can i file for their process the day they land here in usa?

You can file I-130 right away.

You can either file their I-485 once they are in US, or better, let them go for consular processing in India.
