hi, i would like to ask some advice regarding my problem.. i am planning to petition my mom and my dad here in US, and my sister will be going on 15 yrs old this year. if i petition my parents here in US will my sister be carried over? does she will come together with my parents? thank you..hoping for your response

No, she can't. Dependent children of immediate relatives (such as parents) of US citizen can't accompany them.

thanks for your reply anyways.. i just called the immigration, the one that i talked to said that my minor sister could go with my parents because she will be qualified as their dependent. the consul will probably allow my sister to go with my parents under one petition I-130. thank you again.

I have the similar case.
However, my sister will turn 18 when I'll apply for my parents. She is the only child who lives with my parents and unmarried.
Do you know the maximum age that they will consider as a dependent child?

I have a similar case too...so how do you go about setting up the interview for minor(below 21yrs) sibilings when your parents go to the embassy for their interview? Can they just accompany my parents when they go for their interview or need to do something else? Would someone kindly reply.
