NVC AOS and IV Fee Bill

dear members i received AOS fee and IV fee invoice the website was down so I sent cashiers check both payments on 1 Cashiers Check and it was cashed out and i only see AOS fee as paid but not the IV fee it still shows Not Paid and i cannot printout the confirmation of AOS fee paid as the buttons are grey-out and cannot click them, will nvc update the IV fee later on or is the payment lost? should i pay again online as the website is running again or should i wait for it to be showed as paid online? please advice thanks.
