i recently got married and petitioned my husband (spouse and fiancee) but his visa was denied due to experimental use of drugs. does anybody know how to appeal to this matter? or is there a way to get a waiver for this? i have been told by several immigration lawyers that this is a lifetime barred and i am devastated by this news. any ideas/suggestions will be very much appreciated.
