No update information for I-485 in oregon
Hi, everyone. I am applying for marriage green card and adjusting my status right now. Below is my timeline for my application.
Service Center: Chicago, IL
Sent location: Portland, OR
Received date: 2/12/2015(I-130, I-485, I-765)
Noticed date:2/17/2015(I-130, I-485, I-765)
REF suspended:03/07/2015(I-485)
Fingerprint date:3/11/2015 (in Portland field office)
REF received:03/23/2015(I-485)
EAD received: 05/01/2015
And didn't get any updated information for I-130 and I-485 since then. I have tried to sent inquiry to USCIS, but didn't get anything.
Would anyone share your timeline close to mine or anyone live in Oregon share your experience , please!
I was a F-1 student, graduated last year and married last July. My husband got citizenship at the end of this January and I filed my application right after he got citizenship. Is my late status due to six months grey period? Please share your thought and comment, Thank you!
