Hello,
My father is in the US with an H1B visa. Now, he is in the process for applying for a green card and filling the adjustment of status form (I-485). I am 21 years old on the OPT of my F1 visa. Can I apply with him? Or can he only sponsor me after he gets his green card process finished?
I understand that because I am 21, I am Family Second Preference. Could somebody give me a estimated time wait? I am from Venezuela, South America. Thank you very much for your help.
