Here is my greencard through marriage timeline so far (aug 19 2015)
I married last year and did a little delay in filing. I filed almost 9 months after marriage. So far i just got work Permit approved. Waiting for interview. So since it will be more than a year since my marriage will i be still getting conditional for 2 years or just one year?
09/04/2014 Got married in court
06/01/2015 Sent package with I-765, I-131, I-485, I-130 to Chicago Locker
06/05/2015 Package received by USCIS
06/20/2015 Letter For BIometrics appointment for 7/02/2015
07/02/2015 Biometrics Completed
08/16/2015 I-765 Approved. I-131 Approved
08/17/2015 l-765 and i-131 combo card mailed by USCIS
08/19/2015 Combo card received. With one year work authorization.
09/04/2014 Got married in court
06/01/2015 Sent package with I-765, I-131, I-485, I-130 to Chicago Locker
06/05/2015 Package received by USCIS
06/20/2015 Letter For BIometrics appointment for 7/02/2015
07/02/2015 Biometrics Completed
08/16/2015 I-765 Approved. I-131 Approved
08/17/2015 l-765 and i-131 combo card mailed by USCIS
08/19/2015 Combo card received. With one year work authorization.
