My friend filed his I-864 with co sponsor. Today he got a letter saying he needs to resubmit the I-864A.

My friend filed an I-864. His sister and sisters husband also filed I-864. The sister and husband does not live with my friend. Do all of them file I-864A or only the Sister's husband or both sister and husband?

Ok so My friend his sister and sisters husband all file I-864A? Proof of relation birth certificate? Since my friend and his sister will both have same parents?
