F4 applied for brother, his wife and their son (minor at time of application). I recently received NVC welcome letter for them but the online portal is missing my nephew's name. Nephew is now over 21, but should be eligible if CSPA is accounted for.
Request support with two questions:
1) Am I correct to assume CSPA applies to F4 beneficiary? He is now above 21, but assuming CSPA applies he will remain eligible for next few years.
2) What could be the cause for the missing name? What steps should I take to include his name and pay his application fee alongside his parents.
Will appreciate any pointers for my questions.
