You didn't specify "what type of proof of relationship"

For spouse: A marriage certificate
For brother or Sister: Your birth certificate and your brother/sister's birth certificate (since both of you will have same parent's name on it, it proves the "sibling" relationship
For parents: your birth certificate and their passport copy

You only send copy to the NVC, NOT the original. They do send this papers to the embassy where the interview takes place for immigrant visa. your relative will need to take the ORIGINALS (copy of your birth certificate is fine) at the interview

Thanks dpatel, we dis not put pictures, email call logs in our petition at the uscis stage...this is why I am wondering if we can side load at nvc stage.
