who fills out the form I864?

Hi everyone,
I am a U.S. Citizen who is petitioning for my husband. I don't work presently so I cannot be a financial sponsor. His uncle who is also a citizen has filled out a form i864 agreeing to be a joint sponsor; but do I also have to fill one(i864) out as well because I'm confused as it doesn't say on the website, and I keep getting different information. Some people say I have to and others say I don't have to. Please help.
