Hi All,
When we first moved to the US, on a H1B, my eldest son was 18. We applied for a GC soon after, however, due to my EB3 category he is now over 21. We did change him to an F1 when he was no longer covered by my Visa. In the next couple of months i will finally have my GC and i wondered if anyone could advise on the steps i need to take, at that point, to get my eldest son a GC.
