On July 6, 2015, I received a mail from USCIS asking for Initial Evidence regarding i-864 of my sponsors. My case has been suspended. On July 17, I sent it using USPS and according to USPS, they delivered it to USCIS Office on July 22, 2015. Until now, I haven't received any Receipt Notice from USCIS. I don't know if my case has been resumed. I called them and the Customer Service Representatives told me that it will take 60 days before they issue new instructions. Is it true? Im freaking out because I'm not sure if they reopen my case or not.
Another thing is my I-765. On May 26, 2015, USCIS received my I-765. Until now, the status of my case is "we received your application." Is it because my i-485 is suspended that's why I still don't have work permit?
Please help me understand this.. Thank you!
