US permanent resident marrying a canadian permanent resident/citizen

Hi All,

I am on a family greencard, and my fiancée is a Canadian permanent resident (She would be citizen in 6 months). I would like to know if we get married:

1) On basis of what visa would she be able to come to USA
2) Would she able to work
3) Is it better to file for marriage when she is permanent resident or wait till she becomes a citizen? does it even matter
4) Would it be better if she comes here on a student visa?

Please suggest.
