Ex-husband marrying US citizen, my son(16) also will get GC. Can I (as mother) stay?

I don't know whether anyone can help. My family have been here for 9 years. Last 3 were on husband's H1B. We recently divorced, my husband is marrying a US citizen, and my youngest son (16) will go under their GC application. I am hoping for a visitor visa to see my son through the end of high school (one more year). Is there are way I can stay beyond that, wondering whether my son's GC can help me in some way.
