hi new to forum but I've trying to find answers. my question is if i petition my mother that is currently in dominican republic can she include my single sister of 27 years old in the process or she has to wait till she gets her greencard thx

The best and easiest way, is to petition your Mom and after she has received her Permanent Resident Status, your Mom, could then petition your sister, (her daughter), if she's unmarried.
