I am new here and not sure the answer for a friend
A green card parent applied for his son to come, recently he received NVC letter asking him to pay $120 and gather documents etc... in the financial documents, must the parent provide everything listed?

affidavit of support
IRS tax transcript
federal Incomre Tax Returns
Form W2
Evidence of income
Proof of relationship
Proof of U.S status
SS earnings statement
Proof of asset

can the parent get a relative to fill out the affidavit of support ? will it be a problem if the parent does not have SS earning statement nor Form W2, no asset?

I didn't get your second question..if you mean they need help filling out anyone can help. if they need a second sponsor, whoever is the main sponsor first fill out the i-864 then the other sponsor fills out one for themselves
