Form I-130 help please (Mother + minor half siblings)
Hi all,
I am currently in the process of filling out and submitting an F-I130, for my mother (German) and her children (8 yo & 10 yo). They are my maternal half siblings, all currently residing in Germany. I have a few questions in regards to the form, I've been to the Austin USCIS office, not much help. I've read through the instructions online but am still a bit foggy. Would appreciate any insight or tips.
1. Can I submit one form F I130 and include my mother and include my minor siblings or does it have to be separate forms?
2. If it has to be separate forms, will the $420.00 filing fee apply to each form so $420.00 x3?
3. How long does it typically take for an immediate relative?
4. Can they be in the U.S. before I file the I-130?
5. Any advice, insight or tips you have to offer...
