Hello,
I am petitioning my parents for an immigration visa to US. I already paid the AOS fee online and have the status Paid on the website.
I am currently filling out the I-864 form. My question is : since I am applying for Both my parents, do I need to submit a separate I-864 for each one of them (also separate copies of tax returns and other supporting documentation)?
Each one of them received separate letters with separate case numbers, but only one AOS fee was due online since they somehow recognize they are connected. This confused me and am not sure how to proceed.
