Filing for Niece, Nephew, parents process time?

Hi,

Looking to get some help here.

My uncle and grandmother, both US citizens filed for my entire family; mom, dad, auntie, uncle and their kids and im just trying to get some answers as to how long the process will take. It has already been 7 years. My uncle recently got some documents to make another payment for 2 of my uncles.
