I am getting ready to send my OAS and IV package to nvc . Is it okay to put evidence in it eg. Pictures and other things sine I didn't put any evidence in it at USCIS stage?

Save the relationship evidence for the interview. The NVC only needs the sponsorship and civil dcouments.
