Applying GC with Family but Family not Present

I have recently applied GC in EB1 Category for myself,my spouse and daughter. I got the receipt. In the meantime my family went out of country and they wont be able to return for quite some time(due to some personal situations).But still i want to go ahead with my GC processing. Will it affect the GC processing even i am the Primary One.
Can someone help with my above question.
