Hello,
I would like to ask you a question concerning my immigrant petition.
On November 2010, my mother filled a family based visa on my behalf(F2B):
Unmarried Sons and Daughters (21 years of age or older) of Permanent
Residents: 23% of the overall second preference limitation.)
Till know, I was checking my visa availability status on an official
travel.state.gov's visa bulletin site.
However, in this month, they(USCIS) have updated the site's visa bulletin content and policy, in
particular; in addition to an existing chart -- they have also added one more
chart, which is also showing the cut-off dates for visa availability.
My question is: In which chart should I be directed for further proceeding my petition?
I would like to also add, that because of the new chart; in comparison with an old one - the cut-off date to wait for my category(F2B)
has been increased for almost 2 years(which is, for me, a good news).
