  • Is I-325A required with I-130 when beneficiary is not in US ?

I will appreciate if some one can help me with this:

    Q1
When a naturalized US citizen is filing i-130 for his newly married wife, who is still living in her native country ( meaning petition is going for NVC processing at overseas consulate after approval of I-130), is there a requirement to include G-325A ( along with i-130 ) for both citizen husband and beneficary wife. My doubt arose because in NVC processing overseas, will not the consulate have its own method ( and therefore its own form/ petition to collect biometric information for beneficiary?

    Q2
Is the biometric fee of 85.00 included in the I-130 fee of $ 420.00 , or is it separate for each G-325A enclosed. ? In this case, there will be two G-325A with the I-130, so will the fee be 420 + 85 + 85 = 590.00.

Thanks in advance for any advice. Appreciate your time.

    Re:

I was the one who initiated this thread. I feel , it is a mix-up between biometric and biographic information.

A spousal petition package requires a G-325A each for husband and wife. The submittal fee is $420, payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
