My girlfriend and her minor son came to US to visit (tourist visa B1/B2). It has been various months and I have asked her to marry me and stay. I am a US Citizen by birth. What forms do I have to fill for the petition?:
So far from reading I got: I-130 for her and her child, I-485 for each one, I-765 for her and I-131 for her (do I have to apply separately for her son?), I-864 and g-1135 for notification. Am I missing other forms. Thank you.
