Pending I-130: One of the beneficiary parents died while pending

Seeking help on how to proceed with updating USCIS of the death of one of the parents with pending I-130 living overseas. There are two pending I-130 applications for father and mother. I am assuming that both applications must be updated to include the recent death. Can they expedite for the surviving parent? Will they reimburse application fee for the pending application of the deceased parent?
