Hi all,
I am a Green Card holder petitioner mother and have household of 2, me and my intending immigrant daughter. I am not working so I can't file the form I-864 to sponsor my daughter. I am a dependent mother on her Tax return.
My daughter is working and earning more than poverty guideline for 2 household members.
In this situation can she become a sponsor herself? What forms I and she have to fill out at the time of filing I-485 or later on, instead of I-864?
If any one knows, please help and guide me properly as soon as possible.
