???Emergency travel to US to visit a very ill Aunt???

Hi everybody, I have a question. My American hubby's aunt is very ill of cancer, and we think that she's you know... umnn kinda getting there because her conditon is continously deteriorating. They are all very close to each other and since everubody in their family are all busy working they are taking turns on who's going to spend days or a week to taking care of her since my husband is her favorite nephew She's very eager to meet me, same as with me too, and when me and my husband got married, last August 5, 2005, none of his family member were able to travel here in the Philippines to attend our wedding. My question is ..... can we use this reason to enter the US? I mean will it be possible for me to enter the US although we're on K3 application and still waiting for the packet from the US embassy in Manila? Our I-129F was approved last Dec 13,2005 And yet we're stil waiting to have the medical exams and have to be interviewed by a consul, can this be a valid reason for me to enter US already using the reason of " emergency travel on visiting ill relative"? You could have applied for visitors visa. However, as your immigration petition is pending, it would be very difficult to get visitors visa.
