  • 53 days after concurrently filing i130, i485, and i765

    Hi Wonderful People
It's been 53 days after I concurrently filed for i130,i485, and i765 with no appointment notice for biometrics.
My priority date was on 20th of August. I am getting worried, the delay is killing. I have contacted USCIS and had an inquiry number but it hasn't been assigned to anyone.

Is this delay necessary? Is anyone experiencing similar situation?

It could be that they need more time. Make sure you don't lose the first paper you received from them (I-797C Notice of Action).

Just keep checking on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do by entering your receipt number thats on the Notice of Action or you can always call USCIS.
