Filling Adjustment of status while my I-130 is pending

I am on H1b visa currently. My husband is on Green card. my husband filled my I-130 petition for relatives. I have received RFE. I am working on RFE and found out about concurrent processing for I- 485. I want to know If I Can file RFE response and I - 485 together now while I am waiting for I -130 approval ? Can I file RFE and I-485 in same package or different ? Any help is appreciated.
